transfering files?

i have a desktop pc and macbookpro running on the same internet router. i am wondering how i can transfer many large files from my pc to my macbookpro is there an easy quick way excluding buying a flashdrive

You can use Bonjour to transfer the files - works in a similar way to MSN Messenger, AIM etc to transfer files.

use ethernet!!! thats probably the easiest/simplest way to do it
