Transfering files!

Righty! I need to send my iPhoto, iTunes and some other video/word files from my mbp to my iMac! Anyone know whats the best way to do it?

are they on the same network? Just do transfer over the network. Alternatively, you could do an ethernet direct connect, or transfer them via a portable hard drive.
