Transfering iPad unlimited data plan from one person to another

I'm meeting up with someone tomorrow and I'm just wondering what the steps are for getting it switched over into my name. Any help would be appreciated.

I did this just a few days ago.

Step 1: log into the account and change the email and password

Step 2: log out and log back in with new email and password

Step 3: change the billing and credit card.

That should do it. From what I remember you can't change the login and billing / credit card at the same time. You get an error.

It doesnt matter. You just need to log into the att account.
