AT&T might be able to take your SIM out and transfer them to the iPhone SIM. Aside from that I'm thinking you might be out of luck. Might just need to bite the bullet and transfer manually, that's what I had to do when I got rid of my RAZR.

Importing SIM contacts is an option on the phone.

Settings>Mail, Contacts, Calendar>Import SIM Contacts.

this is correct, but they can also do it for you at the store (at least they did at ATT for me).

be aware, though, that only the first number of each contact gets transferred. i had to enter the rest manually.
