Transferring Contacts to MacBook [HELP]

All my contacts are on iCloud synched with my iPhone, but I'm trying to get my contacts onto my Macbook i tried Synching with iTunes but that hasn't helped

Anyone else know any tricks?

Should be a case of setting up Icloud on the Mac. Go to system preferences / Icloud and activate it with your details.

I'm on OSX 10.6.8 so iCloud isn't in my system preferences

Backup your phone to iTunes, download a program called iBackupBot and open it. It will list your backups. Choose the newest one, find your contacts, export them. Tadaa! 🙂

You're a life saver, I didn't know you could do that

Once you do that you can also backup to a Disk.

Having experience iDisk .Mac and iCloud... I still back up my Address book to a disk.
