Transferring contents from HD to SSD

I have a Mac mini solo running o/s tiger. It is pretty fast. I want to transfer this operating system from the original 60 gb hd to the new samsung 128 gb SSD which I have recently purchased. Kindly let me know as to how I can do the same.

...and to connect the drive while you copy, either:

(a) a USB to SATA cable if its just a one-off, or
(b) http://www.amazon.co.uk/IB-111StUEb-Wh-Aluminium-Docking-Station-Firewire/dp/B006H2R30A something like this if its a more frequent requirement (firewire, usb2 or usb3 variants available), or
(c) A second hard drive mounting kit to permanently install both the SSD and the old HD in the same box.
