Just got my Macbook Pro today and I'm looking for a way to transfer all my music over the network from my PC. How do I do this? I found http://www.apple.com/support/switch101/migrate/ which I was following, but I am not sure how to find the PC's network address. Can anyone help me out?

I also had trouble using the 101 method to work. Even if computers were detected, it would never actually transfer. Best thing to do is to get an external HDD and transfer it that way.
