Transferring iTunes library from Mac to Windows

I want to transfer my entire iTunes library from my Mac to my PC. I don't need them to sync or anything; this will be a one-time transfer. What is the easiest way to do this? Thanks. 🙂

just re-import them into itunes library on Windows

Yeah I guess that's my only option. Burn everything onto a couple DVDs and then import. Can't wait... 🙄
