Transferring music to the phone - Why oh why Apple ?

Oh my God Apple - Why isn't this over Wifi ? The Watch has to be on power so why not Wifi as this BT transfer (hois interminable. If I was being cynical I would say its to force you to use Apple Music but if you are going to give me the option to store music locally then at least allow it to be usable as in just a few minutes to transfer over a playlist rather than the hour so far.....

once the transfer starts, turn off bluetooth on the phone using the main settings app , the watch will jump to wifi, and download much faster.

You must use the settings app, and not the control center, as that doesn't really turn off bluetooth,

Such a bloody faff Apple and the above advice doesnt seem to be working now - All I am trying to do is sync one music playlist from my phone of 2 GIG.

How am I out of space Apple ?

And now why do I have the yellow exclamation mark ? Why is this so so so hard ? GRRRRRRRR !

For some unknown reason media storage is limited to 8GB in total, nullyfying the advantage of 32GB over 16GB storage.

Maybe that is something that will be fixed with a software update. What else would they expect it to be used for?

Well its a **** system however you look at it ? Watch has to be on power and it defaults to bluetooth speeds...and so far it has glitched out 4 times trying to download a 400mb playlist....total rubbish. If I was being cynical I would say its so badly designed to make you have Apple Music.

I've just fired off a complaint to Apple...and have videos to prove how tiresome it is which I can easily send them.

Well this just gets weirder - When you go to add a Playlist on the watch it allows me to add a Smart Playlist (List with Settings icon like the 5*Goa one showing below) that I have built in my iTunes but these NEVER transfer over (they either glitch with yellow exclamation mark or just "stick" but if I put the same music in a standard playlist (one below like Best Instrumental) they ALWAYS sync.....so bloody crap and annoying.
