Transferring SMS to iOS?

I have a family member who has issues transferring their sms from Android to iOS on their new iPhone. I tried Apple’s app and it didn’t transfer everything correctly. I tried PC programs and it didn’t help. What other options do I have to help them out? Thanks.

Only way would be to forward each message to yourself.

Only way would be to forward each message to yourself.

I'll give that a shot. It sucks that there isn't another reputable app besides Apple's. With switching to Android, there are apps aplenty.
