transferring to macbook

Hi, I have backupped all my iphone apps from itunes in Windows Vista. Now I have a new Macbook Pro computer. Can I transfer them to my Macbook Pro or do I have to somehow download them all again, and how would I do that pls. Tks😕

You can just move the apps from Vista to /user/Music/iTunes/Mobile Applications
