iPod Transferring Tv Shows From Ipod To Mac

Hey guys,
My hard drive crashed the other day and it had my whole library of TV shows and movies. Before my HD crashed i gave my cousin my songs, movies, and TV shows. Now what i want to do is transfer everything that he has on that 160 GB Ipod to my Macbook pro. How would i go about doing this? Also i did pay for all these TV shows and episodes so i don't know if this well help.
