How good is their RAM compared to OWC overall? I know OWC doesn't have 1333 MHz RAM yet, but for older RAM, which company is better?

I used transintl Ram on my 2006 Mac Pro. The were one of the few companies that actually had it available a day after the Mac Pro was released. It had the standard spec heatsink vs the apple one, but I never had a problem with it.

I liked OWC, but I always thought there prices were higher than almost everybody else. But that is just me.

If you think OWC's prices are high then go look at Crucial.

And since OWC has the rebate program, if you were to order 16GB (4X4GB) from OWC it would end up being cheaper from them instead of transintl. But if you then wanted to add more to that and nothing to send in to the rebate program, transintl would be cheaper for that.

I was being more general about OWC in terms of their prices. Sometimes they have great deals, like some of their SSDs, which last time I looked were a good deal.
