Translator app??

Hey guys,

I an currently very much in need of an app that can translate any language to any other language. Preferably it would work both on my iPad and my iPhone. I have tried a few free ones, but when I try to use it for what I need they always say text too long, or something along those lines..... What I need is an app that can translate entire essays on text to another language. I have searched tirelessly for an app that can do this but so far no luck. I would like the app to be free if possible, but I wouldnt mind paying a bit. Are any of you guys aware of an app that can do this?

Does it need to be an app?

If connected to 3G or WiFi, just copy/ paste: http://translate.google.com/
It's free and nearly instantaneous.

There’s also an app for that, called (surprisingly enough) Google Translate.

Thanks for the responses. Yeah I looked at google translate, but it seems that there is a character limit if im not mistaken?

I recently found and like imTranslator (free) for my Macbook. Don't know if is available for the iOS devices.
