Can any of you guys help a lad out!?
To cut it short, i have been using a
Azureus for awhile now and have been finding it incredibly slow!
Tryed using Transmission and it is a great deal faster, but decides to just stop all DL's or just crash all together! :(
Getting pretty sick of it!
I am not sure if it is my Mac!? Azureus or Transmission!
I have a 2004 Powermac Dual 2.0 GHz, 4GB RAM running Tiger 10.4.11.
Anything you need to know about me setup i can tell you!
HELP ME! Please guys n gals!??

Well... I think I know why no one has touched this thread...

First off, Azureus is a Java application, so it will be a tad slower than what you want.

Transmission is OpenSource, so it's free, but constantly updated.

Lastly, does your ISP allow the use of such programs? Most of them do not, so check, because they could be causing issues for you.
