Which program is better for FTP and S3 use?

The way I see it is that they both do it, but Transmit is cheaper and doesn't integrate with Finder. Expandrive is more expensive but integrates with Finder.

I've used Transmit and find it very stable and easy to use; It also works in tandem with Coda if you go that route. I can't say about Exapndrive since I've never used it.

Never used either products. Always been a Cyberduck user.

Same here... Cyberduck is the most awesome price of software, I don't find a need to look beyond it...

The latest version of Transmit supersedes all other FTP clients. It's a mash-up of ExpanDrive and Transmit - the best of both worlds.

If find Transmit to be more stable and faster than ExpanDrive now too.

    My vote is on Transmit.

    Highly recommended:

Transmit 4.0 works with 64-bit SL, Expandrive does not.
