Absolutely love my blur wallpaper on my iPhone 5, would love one for my iphone 6. Seems like the website generator no longer works though :(

....who's gonna be first to create this for the iPhone 6?!

This was an awsome thread and idea for my iPhone 5 - still have my blurred lockscreen image on my 5 even to this day (courtesy of this thread!).

Pleeeeese someone re-create this for the iPhone 6............!!!!

----------

I think that the link does not work.

....both the links on the first page of this thread still work for me!!

they also work if I use Safari from my iPhone 5 - just go to this website (from your iPhone 5):

1iphone5wallpaper.com

Not sure if the wallpaper settings will work though on the iPhone 6 as obviously it has a larger screen so the wallpapers aren't gonna be correct!

Someone needs to create a new version for the iPhone 6....!!

You can go to 1iphone6wallpaper.com and it looks like it has been updated. But like the iPhone 5 site, it loads, but when I upload a picture and go to create it, I get a website error

....its doing the same for me as well. Every image I upload (from my pc), it just throws up the following error:

Error

Uploaded file iPhone5.png (350x197) does not have the right resolution

:confused: I have also tried different .jpg images as well but still throws up the same error

Perhaps this site only works from the phone itself!?

....ok, the link DOES actually work properly (from a Windows PC anyway) - just figured out why it was giving an error (you need to resize the image to 750 pixels x 1334 pixels before uploading to the site !!

If you look closely, in the box where it states,' Upload a screenshot', it also states, 'of your home screen 1334x750'.

In other words, BEFORE uploading your screenshot, you need to make sure that it is exactly 1334 pixels by 750 pixels, and then, when you hit the submit button, it produces the blurred wallpaper correctly!

On a Windows PC, you can do the following to resize your image before uploading to the site:

1. Open up the 'Paint' program (which I think is installed on Windows machines by default

2. Open up the image you want to change the size of
3. Choose the 'Resize' option
4. You will have 2 options : By 'Percentage' and 'Pixels' - select 'Pixels'
5. Deselect the 'Maintain aspect ratio' option
6. In the 'Horizontal' field, enter '750'
7. In the 'Vertical' field, enter '1334'
8. Hit Ok. It then resizes the image! Save it on your desktop and then upload it to the website and it should now work perfectly!

You can then save the blurred image, which is produced and send it to your phone (by whichever method you choose - you can even email it to yourself if you don't know any methods!!), where you can then set it as your wallpaper/lockscreen.

:);)

Parallax: Yes & No
Blurred: First Sample
Apple logo: One with & One without (white)

By the way, I am using an iPhone 6 Plus.

Thanks in advance!

Hi guys,

I hope you're all enjoying your new iPhone 6 / 6 Plus, I know I am!

Unfortunately as I'm at University now, free time is scarce and I don't think I will be able to do these manual requests. Dino F has posted some detailed instructions which should work (and my original manual instructions should apply if you just change the resolutions).

Thanks for the interest!

I did everything stated in Dino F's post regarding getting http://www.1iphone6wallpaper.com/blurred.php to work by resizing the wallpaper. However, no matter which browser I use it says the following:

Error

"You didn't submit a file or size exceeds 2 MB"

Neither one of these are true. I'm thinking the website is jacked up. At the very top it says:

Code:
Warning: move_uploaded_file(upload/screenshots/1_1412795291_26554.jpg) [function.move-uploaded-file]: failed to open stream: Disk quota exceeded in /homepages/14/d478856365/htdocs/1iphone6wallpaper/html/blurred-validate.php on line 25

Warning: move_uploaded_file() [function.move-uploaded-file]: Unable to move '/tmp/php0Kjqgm' to 'upload/screenshots/1_1412795291_26554.jpg' in /homepages/14/d478856365/htdocs/1iphone6wallpaper/html/blurred-validate.php on line 25

It shouldn't throw a code like that on a webpage unless it's weak sauce. What the heck, yo? :( :apple:

Still giving me errors.

Also, does anyone know if this works for the iPhone 6 Plus or know a way of making blurred wallpaper for it?

...try using : 1iphone6wallpaper.com WITHOUT the 'blurred' part in the web address.

Works for me.

If you use the link : 1iphone6wallpaper.com WITHOUT the 'blurred' part in the web address, it works fine.

I just created your lockscreen (after re-sizing the image as per my previous post) and it works fine:

Thanks this was the problem. I was going to Custom->Blurred instead of just using the Blur tools on the main home page which can be found by scrolling down. The errors are more accurate i.e. file size over 2mb, etc. Instead of getting a bunch of errors.
