Trash Shortcut / alias gone

Hey everyone, I hope this is pretty easy. I just started a new job and the mac I'm on does not have a trash alias/shortcut. I'm assuming someone before me deleted it. Where is the trash "application" so I can get the trash back on the dock. I'm assuming at some point I will delete something I want back.

Trash is in your user folder

Onyx can show hidden files.
