anyone else having this problem? sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't -both when sending items to the trash and when cleaning it up.
i first noticed it in Lion but would come up after a long period of use (several days) and would solve itself with a reboot. now its happening constantly and even comes back i think without a reboot.
