Travel Case for Flying

I’m looking for a good travel case for flying that can accommodate both my 15-inch MacBook Air and 15.6-inch Cocopar travel monitor.

I’ve had a hard time finding a case that can comfortably fit both. I did come across the one below. Has anyone used this product, or does anyone have a good recommendation for something similar?

It’s a niche situation. The way I see it, you have two choices:

1. A dedicated bag with room for two devices. That bag on Amazon seems to fit the bill & has decent reviews, though as always caveat emptor.

2. A pair of “sleeves” and carry both devices within a larger bag, e.g. a carry-on spinner or backpack.

Personally I’d go for #2, but that assumes (a) you can adequately handle a fairly heavy bag (I’m 6’2” and 200lb; what’s easy for me may be cumbersome for you) and (b) it’s needed JUST for the flight (I.e. if you also need to transport the laptop/display to client locations, etc without the rest of your ephemera - #1 might make more sense).

I like the stuff from Waterfield. I use a couple of their bags when I fly. Look at all the items; there are a lot of Apple specific items, and they come in various sizes. Excellent quality, handmade, reliable service.

I have a Tomtoc and love it. Chose it after some research. Got it from Amazon and it has been great. I have a 15" air. Super soft inside and not too flimsy. Very protective and fits in my backpack nicley.

Right now I’m leaning toward the Tomtoc bag from my original post. I’ll check out the WaterField products as well.

On a couple of flights, I’ve carefully packed the laptop and monitor in my suitcase. I feel like I’m taking a chance with them getting damaged in the overhead bin.
