Travel to Washington DC area

Hi, I'm travelling to Washington DC next week. What are the options for a pay-as-you-go micro sim card?

Otherwise, the roaming charge from my phone provider could be affordable if the data is limited. If I use my phone only for calls with Whistle Phone or Viber, what is the amount of exchanged data per minute?
