Does anyone know WHY AT&T won't support GoPhone SIMs in the iPhone? It's all GSM so it should work fine, and it's not like AT&T is doing us a favour; you still have to pay for the service so they're making money. What's the deal, why are they making it difficult on purpose?

At least T-Mobile realizes it's business and accepts customers readily wanting prepaid SIMs in their iPhones.

I think it's because they want to sell you the more expensive plan. And they know they can do it since they are the only US GSM carrier that the iPhone can get 3G on.
