Well I was concerned about Portenzo's customer service. I sent an email and it never was responded to. I sent a second email 2 weeks later and it took them another 2 weeks to respond to that one. I figured if I have problems before I even get my order I can imagine what would happen if I had a problem with the order. I just couldn't deal with a company with that kind of customer service. But now I am wondering if this is the norm for custom case companies![]()
To be honest, the longest i had to wait for a reply was less than a day with treegloo, while this was out of the norm for them i was still ok with this; even more so knowing that portenzo responds in a matter of weeks. I consider treegloo to have great customer service, they have usually responded within hours and have been very willing to changes i have had. The delay they are having is justified, they want to make sure every case is of quality and every customer is satisfied. They even upgraded me to 2 day shipping.
Now i cant speak for the build quality or the case itself, but the customer service of treegloo has made me happy and they say i should have my case on friday. If this is true, and my case is up to par i will be very happy.
