My colleague brought a new 13" MacBook Pro into the office today.
Things I liked:
The keyboard, it's great and super tight and fast. Keys don't travel as far as my non-retina 2012 15" pro but after a couple of minutes of use I really like it and prefer it to the springy 2012 keyboard.
Touchpad is superb, I love the bigger touchpad it's more like the touchpad I use with my retina iMac.
The display is quality, makes the 2012 look terribly dull.
Construction is top notch, love that the plastic hinge cover is no more.
Speakers are much louder, not much base but didn't expect there to be.
Space grey looks great.
Things I don't like
Too small for me, but that's why I have ordered the 15" model.
Apple logo doesn't light up, not a big deal really as you don't see it anyway when in use.
Can't wait till my 15" comes later this month, kinda wish I hadn't played with it as I now have to go back to the 2012 model.
