iOS Triggering phone ring

Hello,

i am new to xcode !!

I want to write a small app in xcode (iphone) which does the follwing.

1. on launch it must 'ring' (like a phone call) and i want to show 'answer' & 'hang up' buttons
2. if user clicks 'hang up' the app must close
3. if user clicks 'answer' i want to play back a 'recorded message' via the speaker near the human ears.

any pointers would be greatly appreciated.
