Trim Enabler

I have enabled this on my Samsung 830.
After a reboot it worked fine.

Do I need to add this into my startup items or do anything more, or can I close it and it will continue to work??

Once the system is patched its obviously done, so no matter whether you close the Trim Enabler app, or restart etc, it stays patched!
If you want to disable Trim simply use Trim Enabler again to unpatch!

You would want to leave it on all the time so the drive's free space is continually TRIM'd.

Out of interest do any Apple updates undo Trim Enablers patch or should it stay enabled until you do a restore?

When you have a major OSX update it gets reset and you have to just re-enable it.
