TRIM Question: Intel 320 Series 160GB SSD

I am about to install an Intel 320 Series 160GB SSD on my 2010 Macbook Pro 13" running OSX 10.7.3.

There are 218,767,283 sites that say whether to enable TRIM or not but noticed that many of these sites are dated quite old, posted early to mid 2011.

Would like to know the most current and updated view on this issue:

Should I enable TRIM Support (and how) on my Intel 320 Series 160GB on my 2010 Macbook Pro 13" running OSX Lion 10.7.3?😕

I don't see why not. I have the exact same SSD, and installing TRIM was a breeze.

garbage collection on intel SSDs is suppose to be pretty good, even without trim
