I am running OS X 10.9.2. And I have 2 monitors. I have searched this all over the web, but never getting a direct answers. I want to open the same finder window (one in each monitor) so I can drag files from one monitor to the other. I hope I explained that right. Thank funnnyfarm

Open up a finder window using the dock, then in the Finder toolbar go File -> New Finder Window. You should have two windows overlapping each other. You can drag one of the windows to the other monitor and then drag and drop whatever you want.
