So I got charged 3 times for the January software update. When I emailed Apple and showed them the receipts from the charges, I got an email back stating they will investigate it and let me know when more info is required. Seriously "More Info" I gave them the receipts, how hard is it to return my money!!

Same here, although I had a nicer response.

Morgana from iTunes support emailed me back after I'd sent 3 e-mails to iTunes, and said she had looked at my account, and was happy to help. She said, currently the packages where being processed, and therefore a refund was impossible at this time. It would take 5 days from yesterday (date of purchase) for the items to process, and once they have, my account has been flagged to be refunded to the amount of £26.00 (£13 x 2)

They will refund you, just give it time :)

Oh btw, if your browsing Morgana, Thankyou!

I got charged twice; I emailed them about it and got my refund notification this morning.

(Thanks Rebecca!) :)

Well after a couple emails this morning, I was told the charges will be return in 3-5 days.:D

Who do you folks call for support? I can never find any e-mail address to get in contact with Apple on their site , no matter what my problem.

Hey aaronon,

You can use the email form on this page:

http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/store/browser/

to contact the iTunes Music Store, directly.

Allow 24/48 hours for a reply by e-mail.

They do reply. Professionally, and personally.
