I didn't have a clue, but a bit of a play with Google, could it be "24 CTU" aka "CTU 24" ???

I'm not sure which television show it was... in fact... it's only the very last part of the song that sounds like it.

I'm thinking it might be Beverly Hills 90210 that sounds very similar (if not the same)... only played on the guitar.

It was a 70's British cultural show, I think it was called Coast To Coast. It was on Sunday about 6:30 pm and it just featured the opening guitar piece of the song
