Tropico 4 Date Cheat?

I'm playing Tropico 4 with the Modern Times dlc. I was wondering if it were possible & how to change the date in the game? I don't want to have to wait so long for the new/upgraded buildings. Thanks!

Cool. Figured there wasn't a code, but is there a variable I could look for in a cheat utility? Right now, I use Cheat Engine (http://www.cheatengine.org/) to change the amount of money to a large amount so I don't have to press "muchopesos" a lot. Tried looking for "1950" or whatever the year was, but no luck.
