Trouble Activating iOS 5.1.1/ios 6.1.6

Greetings!

Got a Ipod 4g Touch here and I'm unable to activate it. Keeps giving me an error. iTunes has an error as well. Am I the only one? It was working fine but I wanted to do a clean install.

EDIT: Does this on both clean installs of IOS 5 and 6.

This is what I get. Both from iTunes and the actual device.

It might have a hardware issue.
Try a DFU restore with itunes again.

Already did that. The device was working fine, just wanted to start from a fresh slate.

That's weird.
You try a different wifi connection to try to activate it?

The next connection I tried was at the Apple Store and it activated iOS 6 just fine. Downgraded back to 5 and that activated fine too. Thanks for the help.
