Please could someone help me?
I'm Brazilian, but my uncle lives in Florida 15 years and I bought at ebay (http://www.ebay.com/itm/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=160958319299&ssPageName=ADME:X:RTQ:US:1123 ) iphone 5 from a seller who said it was unlocked and Verizon. Not bought from the Apple website for not accepting international card. Finally, after two months that my uncle brought me the phone, I could not turn it on and went into a store phone to see if anyone could chip Verizon to activate it and to my surprise they sold me the phone is Sprint . The seller put a chip from Sprint and he acknowledged, but after taking the chip and put the Brazilian operator, it is not enabled. Please, does anyone know what I need to do? I paid full price and I think the seller was confused only with the carrier name, but I still can not enable it to operate in Brazil.
They would know tell me if I inform the IMEI for Sprint, they could help me?
