trouble adding school email to mail

    urgent here. please help!!!!
    I have no problem adding my school email to Mail at first
    then I reinstall my system , any every time I tried to add my email account it shows this message!!!
    I have to problem adding google, hotmail, ect
    but. my school email basically use google, so when I type in my school email it will automatically go to my school log in page, but after I finish typing in my user name and password , it gives me this ..
    pretty sure the password and user name is correct
    I tried to do this on windows mail and it is fine

    There's a difference, I suspect, in using Google and "basically using Google." You should check with someone in IT at your school and find out exactly what to use.
