I have been trying to enable my PowerBook G4to access the internet wirelessly via Airport. I have contacted both MAC support and my ISP tech support, and each says it is the other's problem.

In desperation, I decided to try to follow the instructions in my "Getting Started" manual which begin with accessing System Preferences and going to Network. However, when I access this, I get a pop down window that says "Your Network settings have been changed by another application." When I click on "OK" in that box, it keeps reappearing repeatedly. The only way to get rid of it is to shut down the system completely.

Does anyone know how to delete this pop down box and any further instructions on how to make the wireless connection work? I have been at this for hours and would be ever so grateful for some assistance.
