trouble downloading 4.1 from itunes, very weird, help?

My itunes randomly gives me a 3259 error, saying it timed out.

I restart it, it starts from zero. Has happened every single time.

I also tried to pause the download and resume it, when i click pause, it says processing, then goes to zero, when i click resume, it starts over from zero. I can not get this update downloaded, first time I have ever had a problem like this.

Can anyone tell me why itunes is restarting my download instead of resuming it? and if not, can anyone direct me to a place i can download 4.1 the final release?

Please help, I am so frusterated I want to cry =(

I'm on my seventh attempt to download it now; I'm getting the exact same problem.

I'm hoping I can get it tonight, but with 30-60 minutes per attempt, I'm going to have to give up soon.
