I plan to download the iso to boot into Sun VirtualBox, but after I enter my Live account info in Safari, the circle loading symbol just never ends. I tried this will Firefox, and I was able to get to the Product-Key part, but when I click Download Now, it crashes. Please Help!

Your browser is crashing when it gets to the Java part of the download. (it uses a Java-based applet as a download manager).

Make sure you're up to date in Software Update and have Java enabled. Post back! :D

I have never gotten Safari to work with downloading any Windows 7 releases. Get FireFox and use it for a few seconds.

Yeah, it's the Java part that is going wrong.

OP: Once again, it must be an issue with your Java virtual machine.

Could it be that I'm using the Firefox 3.5 Beta 4?

It definitely could be. There isn't anything about Java listed as a known issue, but that could be it. Before you try anything with Firefox, try using a different browser like Camino.

Had the same problem with FF 3.5b4, used Safari and all worked well.

Hmm, really? It's usually been Safari that hasn’t worked, and we've had to resort to Gecko-based browsers like Firefox or Camino to download.
