Trouble installing a program

So, I installed ACQ Lite and I put it on the dock and I deleted the folder. But, when I go to open the program it says that it wont work becuase the folder is in trash bin. Help! by the way, i'm new to Macs and am a total noob.

Put the folder back in Applications

drag the folder out of the trash, and then it should work.

Got it. Thanks alot! but one more thing whenever open the program it just takes forever to connect. It says "Network" then underneath in small letters it says "connecting" and it wont get any results for the band I'm searching for.
