Trouble installing midi keyboard drivers

I'm trying to install the drivers from the drivers cd that came with my Edirol PCR-30 midi controller keyboard, but it doesn't install and the installer log says:

postflight[370]: chmod: //System/Library/Extensions/RDUSB0033Dev.kext/Contents/Resources: No such file or directory

postflight[370]: chmod: //System/Library/Extensions/RDUSB0033Dev.kext/Contents/Resources/*.lproj: No such file or directory

postflight[370]: chmod: //Library/Audio/MIDI Drivers/RDUSB0033Midi.plugin/Contents/*.plist: No such file or directory

and then removing temp files


anyone have any ideas?
