Updated my ios to 5.1.1 and used absinthe 2.0.4 to jailbreak my phone. Got everything back up and running like before. But I had to resinstall Zephyr.

When I went to install it I get "HTTP/1.1 404 Not Found" Any idea what this is and how to fix it.

Thanks.

Not 100% sure, but it sounds like a server issue. It's been a hectic week or so for Cydia servers. I'd just try again later - it'll probably work.

it's the repo you are trying to download the tweak from. Either it's dead or full. Try later today or completely remove that repo and try adding it again (kind of a refreshing for that repo in a sense). bottom line, fine a different repo that has that tweak, just google search "zephyr cydia repo".

The official Zephyr application is found in the BigBoss repo. No need to add additional repos. It's there. I downloaded it last night. And I just checked and it's still there.

No worries. I just figured I could save you on a wild goose hunt. I love zephyr! I just hate the issues I'm running into using both zephyr and dolphin browser. It's really, really frustrating. I'm trying to find a solution. I might be SOL.

What problems are you having with Dolphin? I'm running Dolphin and "Browser Changer" to make it my default, and have no issues with it - maybe I can help?

It's purely a usability issues. I love dolphin (in fact I recommend it to everyone i know) and I'm also using browser changer. But now that I purchased zephyr I am running into such an annoying issue.

I use the zephyr swipe left and right multitasking feature. Well with dolphin, the browser has its own built in left and right swipe gestures. Swipe left for bookmarks, swipe right side for settinngs. Now add zephyr on top of that and when I want to switch apps, I open that stupid panel in dolphin! Or when I want to open that panel I switch apps! Man it's so frustrating. The easiest solution would be a settings option inside dolphin where I could turn off those swipe gestures. I'd prefer just a button I could tap. But I can't find any way to turn the dolphin left and right swipe gestures off. Oh man it's so annoying! I don want to disable zephyr in the dolphin browser because the most common time I would be multitasking is switching between the internet, mail, twitter etc.

Do you use the zephyr swipe left and right feature? Doesn't dolphin cause the same annoyances for you too? Thanks for your feedback Zcherub!

Ah - I see. I thought you meant a bug, etc. Yeah, I'm not a big fan of the swipe menus in Dolphin either. I do use them occasionally, but I can see how it would get complicated... I don't have zephyr installed currently, so I don't have this exact issue - maybe an update to Dolphin at a later date will fix it (Even without Zephyr, I find myself accidentally hitting the side of the screen when clicking a link, etc - gets old fast...).

It's a cool feature for the average iPhone user who doesn't have experience with slide in gestures. But it just gets in the way when using zephyr. The dolphin developers really need to implement an option to turn those side bars off. Plus, the left bookmarks side bar is redundant because on the bottom of the screen there is already a button for bookmarks! Why have it twice?

Like you said, even without zephyr they can get in the way. For example, when I'm using desktop mode, most of the time I have to scroll left and right in addition to just up and down. In this scenario, I still accidentally open those two side panels! Man it's so annoying.

That's where it gets me too! When I need to scroll to the side, it always assumes that I'm trying to bring up a side menu - even if my swip starts close to the middle of the screen...

Yup! Dolphin has a great idea but it's poorly executed. Maybe they should make a tiny tab similar to what the notification center has when in full screen apps. At the very least they should have an option to disable that feature. I'm gonna email them. My voice alone won't change anything but I have to assume I'm not the only dolphin user that hates those things. In fact I know I'm not! You share my sentiment hahaha
