trouble publishing multiple sites from iweb to mobile me

Hello,
Another newbie. I'm using iweb 08. I'm trying to publish 2 different sites to my mobile me account. I can publish site 1 with no problems. When I publish the 2nd site, the first site disappears and the second site is now published to my mobile me account.
Isn't possible to publish 2 sites to mobile me simultaneously?
We are having 2 different, unrelated events coming up in May and June and we need to publish 2 different sites for people to access to get infoormation.
