just got new memory from OWC and viewed tutorial about removing screen; suggests using phillips 1 or 2 screwdriver. For the life of me I cant get the dam screw head to move more than a quarter turn. Seems 1 is too big; OWC says a 0 could cause damage. Any hints out there??

Which iMac? Usually you just open the bottom two screws and a memory panel comes off. Use a good quality screwdriver not some cheap $1 store thing.
