Trouble restoring from iCloud

I have currently changed from iPhone 4S to 5s.. I am restoring from I cloud and it has switched my phone off and back on but it has been stuck on the same thing for at least two hours! Someone help me

This is what always scares me about restoring from a previous backup. I know it can be a pain, but I think starting a new phone as new is usually the better way to do things.

Nah. Restore from itunes encrypted backup is best. Does all your email passwords and other passwords automatically on a restore. Just tick the encrypt backup option in itunes. Then restore from that. Nothing easier.

Much faster than over the air too.
