Trouble restoring from iCloud

I have currently changed from iPhone 4S to 5s.. I am restoring from I cloud and it has switched my phone off and back on but it has been stuck on the same thing for at least two hours! Someone help me 🙁

This is what always scares me about restoring from a previous backup. I know it can be a pain, but I think starting a new phone as new is usually the better way to do things.

Nah. Restore from itunes encrypted backup is best. Does all your email passwords and other passwords automatically on a restore. Just tick the encrypt backup option in itunes. Then restore from that. Nothing easier.

Much faster than over the air too.
