Trouble to start

hi guys i am a new one in the forum and ihave a problem.
I tried to boot windows to my mac book pro and i forgot a cd inside.
When the mac restarted, the screen turned black and there is always the message:
Disk error
Prees any key to restart
I press the keys but nothing happens.
please tell me what i can do (except erase)

Shut off the computer (hold the power key until it turns off). Then turn it on again, holding down the Option key. Should give you an option of which OS to start from and the CD shouldn't get in the way.
