Hey everybody,
Hoping you could help shed some light on an issue im trying to resolve for my mom. Were using an iPad third-generation with iOS six if that's needed info.
I have her set up with a Gmail account as her iTunes account for buying apps and music. She then has a separate iCloud account that she uses for backing the iPad up messaging and FaceTime.
This is exactly how I have my iPhones set up at my house And it works perfectly.
On her iPad though, it seems to want different passwords all the time almost like it's changing the passwords for the different accounts. Or the other issue I'm thinking is it's attempting to use the Gmail account as the account for FaceTime and then the iCloud account to use to download apps and music.
Needless to say I'm stuck on this one I'm usually pretty good at figuring out these issues and get them all straightened out I thought I had it straightened out for my mom this weekend only to have her call me and tell me that it was doing it again and it's looking for the wrong accounts and passwords.
Any guidance would be greatly appreciated and as always much thanks for all the help you guys provide out there.
