Has anyone else had downgrading problems back to 9.1 from 9.2.1?

    Battery is tremendously BAD!

:) simple, it's not possible to downgrade to 9.1 anymore....you can downgrade to 9.2 though...Apple is still signing it.

Once Apple stops signing a version of iOS it is not possible to downgrade to that version again.

I'm not completely certain, but I think you can go back to 9.2 if that might help. That said, it doesn't seem like there should be any severe battery issues, so perhaps reinstalling 9.2.1 and restoring as new might help.
