Troubles with voice control after cydia updates...

Is anyone else having problems with voice control activating by itself after doing the latest upgrades in cydia?

I just upgraded about an hour ago and now all of a sudden voice control activates on it's own and actually called someone once !

Seems that the home button is acting really strange.

Well the good news is that it looks like a hardware/software problem on my end as a restore didnt seem to fix it !
