Troubleshooting: Apple 30" Cinema Display light blinking three times

Does anyone know what it means when the ACD light in the bottom right corner of the monitor blinks three times quickly in about five second bursts and does not display any picture?

I am trying to connect the cinema display to my xbox 360 via a DVI to HDMI converter. The 360 works on a smaller screen, and the ACD works running a G5 I have in the same room. But when I make the connection and turn on the 360 the light starts blinking in bursts of three. When the 360 is off, the light is on constantly, as it should be.

Does this indicate a (fixable?) problem with the formatting, or something?

And I did a search. And found nothing. For those ubersearchers who might yell at me for not searching, sorry.

Here's Apple's page that explains what the blinking light means.

It's an error code. The length of each of the three blinks can be short or long. Each sequence has a different meaning. It could indicate a problem with the PRAM, the power supply, or the backlight.

The Apple page explains what to do in each case.

I know its a little late and not sure if anyone is still looking at this, but I had the same issue and was able to use this page for help...

I bought a replacement backlight and I am awaiting the shipment so i can get my monitor working again.
