Hi everyone, I just installed the public Beta on my iPad Pro. I can’t figure out how to use multitasking. Everytime I swipe up with an app open like Safari, it pushes the app into the App Switcher. I can’t figure out how to swipe up to reveal the dock, so I can start multitasking. Is this a bug, or do I need a setting activated? Thanks.

On my iPad, a gentle swipe-up just an inch or two will only show the dock. If I continue the swipe up any further, it shows the dock + App Switcher / Control Center.

I don’t get it....
Isn’t the dock omnipresent on the app switcher screen?
(It is on my 10.5”)
So.... if you keep going up too far and go all the way into the app switcher interface, instead of merely popping up the dock- ummmmmm, so what?
Just look at the bottom of the screen. Voila! There is the dock.

I was toggling some Dock options, and now this bug has surfaced. I can only access the dock via the full swipe screen. It will no longer pop up alone with a small flick.

A four finger swipe up will reveal the dock & the rest of the multitasking UI; is that what you mean by the full swipe screen?

I had the exact same problem, wasn't able to pull up the dock immediately after install. Restarting was all it took. I haven't used it long enough to know if the issue reoccurs over time.
